The modern demands for quality education provide an unprecedented opportunity to reform the traditional means based on English teaching.Qualified education requires optimizing English teaching mode objectively.According to the latest research results on the whole language teaching theories formed in the United States,Canada and other countries,this paper combines with the status of English language education in China,researching and analyzing the theoretical basis of English teaching in China in the application of strategies that can lead to China's basic English education researchers and reformers in the resonance.
