Abstract
The phosphor size, the absorbing and scattering character, and the shape of phosphor layer have direct influence on correlated color temperature(CCT) distribution in space.Based on the Mie theory and Monte-Carlo method, the CCT distributions of White LED with different shapes of phosphor layer are simulated.According to the simulation results, the influence of phosphor layer shapes on CCT uniformity and the efficiency differences are studied, and the best shape of phosphor layer is obtained.Besides, the phosphor layers on the chip of 1 mm2 are made at average CCT of 5 000 K by high-speed spraying machine, which can accurately control the phosphor solution quantity and spraying place. And the least CCT difference of 537 K in White LED is achieved, which is far less than that gotten with common phosphor coating technologies.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
