The Jinmen bay villa quarter of Xiamen international trade group is based on the comprehensive plan of Xiamen city,through the analysis of the scenic spots and the distinctive geographic environmental advantages of this residential quarter,both developing and protecting are considered,the distinguishing feature is stressed,the thoughts of seeing sea and approaching water are put forward,a high-grade residential villa quarter full of coastal characteristics will be developed there.
