Abstract
The image is the project of flame on the camera target, after passing through the emission, absorption and scattering. The radiative intensity emitted by the flame is determined by the temperature, while the extinction of the radiation has relation with the properties and the concentration of the diffuse media. This paper studies the link between radiative extinctive coefficient and the particles concentration, the method and algorithm to reconstruct the temperature and the concentration distribution synchronously have been advanced. The tests on a small scale pulverized coal furnace are reviewed.
