Young cadre Training Class in Jiangxi is the training organization of Jiangxi quarter of Three People’s Principles Youth League.The Training center in Jiangxi is the cadre training organization of Kuomintang Jiangxi Provincial government.Young cadre Training Class trained a group of cadres under Jiang Jingguo’s leadership,and formated his political supporters.The Relationship Between Young cadre Training Class and Training center is that the former attached to the latter in name,but the essence the latter is Jiang Jingguo’s independent kingdom.The reason was that the policy of Kuomintang unified the training organizations by comnectig former subordinated to the latter from,the system,but the double track development and competition of Three People’s Principles Youth League and Kuomintang as well as Jiang Jingguo’s special status and desire of building his supporters,made Young cadre Training Class as a independent training organization.The relationship is an angle to seek the relationship of Three People’s Principles Youth League and Kuomintang.
