Abstract
As China is more deeply involved in th e process of financial globalizatio n,we must attach importance to foreign banks to ensure that they correspond with the developing strategy of Chin a' s economy and financial market.Chin a should encourage joint -venture banks to pr ompt the deepening of China financia l market by executing favorable measures.To utilize the passive function of fore ign banks while avoiding their negative effect,the authors suggest that China should make sure that foreign banks support Chin a' s policies and developing strategy a nd meanwhile perfect make the regula tion system for foreign banks.
