Abstract
There are positive and negative effects of religion in northwest Hui areas on school education.The major positive effect is that Mosque education still keeps the main contents of traditional minority education.The major negative effect is that the conflict of source of students,and expenditure between Mosque education and school education.In addition,there are many factors preventing children from learning in Mosque,including the limited condition of Mosque,children's subjective factors,and cultural factors.Therefore,it is necessary for government to take effective measures to manage both Mosque and school education so as to reduce the negative effect.
