Abstract
This paper puts forward a frame and analyzes the key technology about the public service system application in touch screen of web electronic map system. We make the web electronic map service and desktop application for ingenious combination,the desktop system can directly call for the web electronic map service. The method is simple,quick,and save a lot of money to rapidly improve efficiency of development. It was used successfully to the public service system at last,and provides new ideas and methods for electronic map application in touch screen.
