Abstract
Objective To explore alexithymia and the psychological health status in the parents of the teenage patients with obsession.Methods TAS,and SCL-90 were employed to the parents(researched group,n=102) of the 13~19 years old patients with obsession and the parents(controled grop,n=89) of the teenage with psychology health.Results The total TAS scale and Ⅰ~Ⅳ scale in the researched group were marked higher than that in the controled group(P0.01).The somatization,obsessive-compulsive,depression,anxiety,crankiness and psychopath of subscores of SCL-90 were much significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.01).Fifty-nine cases(57.84%) had some psychological problems.The total scale of TAS had positive correlation with the subscores of somatization,obsessive-compulsive,anxiety and psychopath of SCL-90,negative correlation with crankiness.Conclusion The parents of the patients with obsession have some problems in alexithymia and psychological health status.It is usually necessary to help the parents psychologically of the patients with obsession.
