Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Ligustrazine in treatment of diabetic peripheral polyneuropathy.Methods Stochastic same time diabetes the peripheral nerve pathological change patient will divide into two groups,Gives the diet control and the corresponding medicine treatment,Treatment group Canada with a group of ligustrazinetreatment vein injection,Around observes two group of patients to treat the blood sugar、Urine protein、Cr、TG and so on the change,And carries on the comparison to two group of patient's treatment results.Results The clinical curative effect and clinical symptom improvement of the treatment group were better than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Ligustrazinetreatment is very effective in treating diabetic peripheral polyneuropathy and worthy to be promoted in clinical practice.
