Abstract
The transform of economical and social system has profound impact on the old children education system when the new system is to be established and explored. Therefore, many problems and contradictions appear. Among them, the treatment of kindergarten teachers in rural areas is so increasingly prominent as to harm the healthy development of children education in rural areas. And special concern has been given to this field in sociology, economics, science of management, and science of law and helpful results have been achieved as to the research frame, content, and method to provide reference for our future research in this field.
