Abstract
The experiment had cloned CBF 3 and CBF 4 genes by PCR technique from the plants of Lepidiumapet-alum Willd.Then connected the gene into the plant expression vector pCAMBIA 2300 which had 35 S+Ω.Basic above all,the experiment had been successfully constructed the plant expression vector which was suitable for the Arabidopsis thaliana transformation.It was a foundation that for next step to learn about the structure and function of the cbf gene of Lep-idiumapetalum Willd.
