Since the middle of 1980's the world uranim market has been being reduced greatly effecting the uranium exploration investment and the achievements.However,Canada and Australia being the most important U-resources,and U-producing countries in the would have made significant progresses in uranium exploration during this period.The main reasons for this are:the two countries insist on concentrating the exploration work in known metallogenic units(provinces,belts,zones)and preliminarily determined perspective areas,on regarding the matural deposit type as the prospecting target,and on unremitting investment for uranium exploration in these areas.The uranium exploration is under the new development in China and it seems to be necessary and benefical to use their successful experiences for reference.
