Abstract

Produisant une brève analyse sur la crise d’identité découlant du conflit des rôles imposés aux femmes par les sociétés industrielles, cet article situe le mouvement des femmes comme un lieu privilégié pour un travail multiforme de recherche, de questionnement et de reconstruction de leur identité psycho-sociale. Il y a là, au coeur de ce mouvement, une démarche de formation et d’éducation ramifiée en réseaux semi-institutionnalisés qui couvrent dans leur ensemble les préoccupations des femmes. L’article mentionne au passage, pour la ville de Genève, ces lieux « espaces-femmes » et relève leurs caractéristiques communes tant au point de vue de leurs buts, de leur fonctionnement que de la démarche de formation envisagée.
