Being a political movement,technocratic has made a profound impact on the social life of the United Kingdom,the United States,Canada and other major Western countries.With the advancement of political modernization,technocratic is contributing to the progress of our politics.At the same time,the traps of technocratic are being laid in our political area.Scientific concept of development provides the support of value for the the development of technocratic,which is led by science ,advocating public spirit, collective rationality and humanistic care,with the result that becomes a powerful lever to circumvent the traps of technocratic.
