Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective To study the cognitive function of patients with asymptomatic cerebral infarction. Methods Two hundred and twenty-seven patients with ischemic cerebral stroke, enrolled in this study, were divided into asymptomatic cerebral infarction group(n=92) and clinical ischemic stoke group(n= 135).Their cognitive function was assessed according to the Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA) and mini-mental state examination scales.Difference in their cognitive function was compared. Results No significant difference was found in total scores on the MoCA and mini-mental state examination scales between the two groups(PX).05).The immediate memory score was significantly lower in asymptomatic cerebral infarction group than in clinical ischemic stoke group(2.91±0.28 vs 2.96±0.24,P0.05).No significant difference was observed in the other scores on the MoCA scale between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Asymptomatic cerebral infarction can also cause cognitive function impairment as clinical ischemic cerebral stroke.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
