Abstract
The school-running characteristics of community college in Canada can be concluded in four aspects: closely cling to community economy and deep integration of school and enterprise;independent and flexible school-running model;ability-based talent cultivation and marked post characteristics;raising fund by various sides and obvious international trend.Referring its successful experiences,China should strengthen reform degree in the aspects of view,mechanism,investment and practice to boost the healthy development of higher vocational education.
