Abstract
A total of 145 SSR markers were used to compare the genetic diversity in 22 red rices,93-11 and Nipponbare.Of the 145 SSR loci,13 polymorphic were revealed,and detected 57 alleles.The mean number of alleles per locus (NA) was 4.3846 with a range from 2 to 10.Total genetic diversity index of Nei (He) varied greatly among loci from 0.285 4 at RM 18 to 0.767 4 at RM 5414,with an average value of 0.521.UPGMA cluster analysis showed that 24 materials were divided into 2 groups at genetic similarity coefficient 0.52.The results of PCO and UPGMA cluster revealed that the genetic structure was multiplex.
