Abstract
The molecular marker linked to leaf mold resistant gene Cf-16 was screened with a F2 population between a resistant and a susceptible parent(Ontario 7816 × 07880)by SSR and AFLP technology.One SSR and five AFLP markers had been identified to link with Cf-16 gene.The AFLP marker E-ACA / M-TCG219 was converted into AFLP-SCAR marker.Three cultivars which carried Cf-16 gene were obtained.These cultivars could be used in leaf mold resistant breeding.
