Abstract
In the laboratory artificial climate box,eight different of geographical provenance of pinus massoniana seed germination characteristics test were carried.In order to select the best pinus massoniana provenances from the genetic characteristics.The result showed that different pinus massoniana provenances germination rate,sprout potential,germination index,vigor index,radicle,embryo axis length,cotyledon hycopotys fresh weight,dry weight were extremely significant difference(p0.01),Fujian Zhangping germination rate 88%,Hunan ruchen 86%,Gupeng Guangxi 81%.Sprout potential and other index showed that pinus massoniana seed quality of the three areas was the best,it could provide certain theoretical basis for the next pinus massoniana seedling selecting.
