Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Objective The study was conducted to assess the health status of Uyghurs in a hospital in Kashgar City, aiming to provide basic information for the development of preventive healthcare in the area. Methods 914 Uyghurs aged 20 years and over who received a physical examinations at an AAA hospital in Kashgar City in the first quarter of the year were surveyed. Survey data included the survey questionnaire, physical examination, and biochemical indicators. Results 718 examinees had one or more medical conditions, with a prevalence of 78.56%; and hyperlipidemia, obesity, and high blood glucose ranked the highest in positive rates among the examinees. Differences in prevalence were statistically significant between different gender and age groups(P0.05). The prevalence was shown to increase over age(P0.05). Conclusion The majority of the examinees are in a sub-health or disease state; the positive rates of various chronic diseases were different between gender and age.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
