Abstract
This paper suggests a transmission pattern of using a cluster technique to construct multi-channel by analyzing the characteristic of GPRS network.A design of data transmission control unit is proposed,and a accessing control means on a dynamic connecting mechanism based on the Internet mail is also proposed.In the paper,the size of constructing network and parameters of influencing network transmission quality are analyzed,finally,a formula for calculating the maximal connecting numbers and the average network delay is proposed.
