Abstract
Objective To evaluate the prevention and control effects of influenza in Zhuhai city.Method Comparing the epidemiological dynamics of influenza from vertical and horizontal at stage.Results Influenza like illness come to the peak of epidemic in the third quarter of 2009,and began to decline at the 48 week.The ILI% from January to June in 2010 declined 17.56% and 27.54% respectively compared to the same period of 2005 to 2008 and July to December of 2009.The ILI% in the second quarter of 2010 decreased 37.75%、41.72% and 10.34% compared to peak of 2005 to 2008,peak in 2009,the same period in 2009 respectively.Compared to the fourth quarter of 2009 and first quarter of 2010,the positive rate of ILI in the second quarter of 2010 declined 70.01% and 27.82% respectively,and H1N1 positive rate decreased by 98.68% and 91.91% respectively.Conclusions The prevention and control effects of influenza in Zhuhai city during 2009 to 2010 were better efficacy.
