Abstract
In the Province of Quebec,Canada,the study and intervention were started from grass-root organizations,and then got strong support from the government.After more than 30 years,a system of intervention was set up under a framework of legislations and policies.Relied on various theories,especially the feminist perspectives,the intervention on spousal violence emphasize the protection of women and children victims,and recently,integrat the treatment of violence spouse,in order to fight with spousal violence in an effective and comprehensive way.
