Abstract
This paper detailedly introduces the policy system of Canadian national parks: The recognized policy that base on the idea of“physical geography area”is directive principle to establish the new national parks; The managing policy, as the important foundation to protect natural landscape and maintain ecological integrality, is very systemic and scientific. These policies effectively protect primitive landscape and make the national parks by the people and for the people.
