Abstract
The application of embedded Linux system is becoming increasingly widespread, but how to implement its Chinese environment is still a difficult problem for developer. Qtopia is a widely used GUI platform for embedded Linux devices. Its Internationalization support can make the implement of Chinese environment simpler. This paper introduces the implementation mechanism of Chinese environment for Linux system. It also describes a way of Chinese solution based on embedded Linux and Qtopia platform.
