Abstract
With two kinds of Hanzhong cultivated black rice(black Feng,black rice B) and one white rice(incense stick) as the material,according to rice chalcone synthase(chalcone synthase,CHS) conserved regions of DNA sequences designed 3 pairs of primers,PCR amplification to obtain part of CHS exon Ⅱ,its sequence with the rice CHS(X 89589.1)was 13 SNP,these SNP might be a important reason of the black rice seed flavonoids content difference.Rice and other plants in the CHS exon Ⅱ evolutionary sequence analysis showed,CHS gene although the overall reflects the evolutionary relationship,but because of the different evolutionary history of different genes,so a single gene with CHS to reflect the evolutionary tree of the evolutionary relationship between species imprecise was not precise,and should select more locus to study.The results provided the necessary data for study the high flavonoid content of black rice and black rice breeding CHS gene in the molecular systematics.
