Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

In order to study the synthesis of Si-B-O-N ceramic powders from silica and boron nitride mixed on a molecular or even atomic level, carbonfree Si-B-O-N organopolymeric precursors synthesized by solgel method are used to produce ceramic powders through pyrolysis. The excellent properties, such as dielectricity, antidiffusion by copper, and coenhancement, of silica and boron nitride are sufficiently expressed by the Si-B-O-N ceramics. DSC-TG, XRD, IR and TEM techniques are used to analyze the pyrolysis characteristics of precursor gel, together with structure and morphology of the nanosized ceramic powders. Experimental results indicate that the pyrolysis process of precursor gels mainly occurs at a temperature in the range from 250 ℃ to 400 ℃, via insitu polymerization and inorganic conversion by releasing amino groups. Si-B-O-N ceramic powders are of amorphous state, composed of B-N loops, Si-O and Si-N-O groups. The morphologies of powders are even spherical particles of about 20 nm in diameter.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
