Abstract
Bioinformatics means was used for analysis ZP 3 protein gene in mice cDNA sequences,and its core was divided into two parts to synthese separately.Through design many specific primers,using overlapping multi-step PCR method of synthesis of ZP 3 different segments of mice.Then with overlapping PCR technology to link this two DNA together to form a complete ZP 3 gene encoding.And gene synthetic which detected with the DNA sequence was plant gene ZP 3.
