Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

With energy security, economic development and environmental protection needs, many countries are paying more attention to shale gas production. The USA and Canada are the most successful countries utilizing shale gas extraction, with shale gas becoming a vital part of the whole energy supply. This paper describes the status and development trends of shale gas in North America and identifies the targets of North American shale gas policy through a detailed analysis for the shale gas policies in the USA and Canada to show that opening the market environment, providing strong production incentives and encouraging long-term technological research and development(RD)are the main reasons for the success of theshale gas revolutionin North America. The successful North American experience is combined with the Chinese shale gas potential and current status to identify 4key areas for Chinese shale gas policy development.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
