Abstract
Le gouvernement du Québec procède depuis trois ans à une réforme majeure du régime fiscal et des programmes de sécurité du revenu qui, sans le dire explicitement, vise un retour à la famille nucléaire. Après avoir analysé les enjeux de ces réformes, tant au Québec qu’au Canada, un certain nombre de critères sont proposés pour évaluer une politique fiscale familiale, et des voies alternatives sont explorées.
