Clinical Observation of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Treated with Jiuchong Pill Combined with External Washing Medicine
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)treated with jiuchong pill and external washing medicine. Methods 60 cases of DPN of qi deficiency and blood stagnation pattern were randomized into two groups,30 cases in each one.In a treatment group, the combined therapy of the oral administration of jiuchong pill and external washing medicine was used.In a control group, the oral medication of Vitamin B2 and B12,and intravenous injection of PGE1 were applied. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. The Chinese medicine pattern score, clinical efficacy,Toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS)and nerve conduction velocity(NCV)were observed before and after treatment in two groups. Results After treatment,in comparison between treatment group and control group, the differences in clinical efficacy,TCSS and NCV were significant statistically(P0.05).Conclusion The combined therapy of jiuchong pill and external washing medicine achieves an efficacy on clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine, reduces neuropathy score and improves NCV for DPN patients, which are superior to simple western medicine.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
