The Canadian Communist Party thinks that the essence of the Project for the New American Century(PNAC),national security strategy,and missile defense program proposed by American government headed by Bush is to enhance USA's hegemonic power and to carry out its longer militarist aggression of the world.Because of the drive of material interests,American imperialism started the wars frequently.The world system headed by imperialism brings dilemma to human development,and the communists must insist on the struggle for peace and justice.
