Effects of Two Elicitors on Callus Inducement and Multiplication of Isatis indigotica Fort
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Using leaves of Isatis indigotica as explants, mixing certain concentrations of La(NO3)3 and CuSO4 into media, the effects of lanthanum and copper on start-time of leaves callus, inducement rate, fresh weight and its multiplication were studied. The results indicated that 15.0 mg/L La(NO3)3 advanced callus production by five days, heighten callus inducement rate and fresh weight, which were higher by 18.33% and 79.68% than those without elicitors addition. In addition,15.0 mg/L La(NO3)3 could promote callus multiplication and dry matter accumulation. And 0.8 mg/L CuSO4 advance callus production by four days, heighten callus inducement rate and fresh weight, which were higher by18.33% and 60.24% than contrast experiment.Additionally,0.8 mg/L CuSO4 promoted callus multiplication and dry matter accumulation best. But higher concentrations of lanthanum and copper inhibitted callus inducement and multiplication.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
