Abstract
Polymer nano composites has different phsical and functional properties because of its high sophisticated fillers and nanometer size effect. With high structure ratio fillers,nano layerd silicate composite has more standing and excellent properties. Such as: high rigidity,high strength,high air resistance and high flame retardent. So,this kind of materials are focused by researchers and industry. In tire industry,this composites can be used in inner liner to recieve better air resistance property. Further study shows that inner liner thickness can be small by using nano layerd composites to make tire weight down. Then both tire material cost and rolling resistance will be down.
