Efficacy observation of Zhao's fire-needle bloodletting acupuncture for diabetic peripheral neuropathy
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of Zhao's fire-needle bloodletting acupuncture for treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods One hundred and two cases of DPN were randomly divided into a treatment group(54 cases) and a control group(48 cases). The western routine treatment was given in two groups;additionally the Zhao's fire-needle bloodletting acupuncture was applied in the treatment group. The follow-up visit was required for three months. With Toronto clinical scoring system, the symptom score, reflection score, sensibility score and total score before and after treatment was analyzed to observe the therapeutic effect of two different methods on DPN.Results The efficacy of treatment group was superior to that of control group with a statistical significance(P 0.01).Conclusion The efficacy of Zhao's fire-needle bloodletting acupuncture for treatment of DPN is positive, which is worthy further study and promotion.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
