Abstract

This paper studied the relations between antioxidant enzymes(SOD,POD and CAT) activities and germination rate of Sophora tonkinensis Gagnep seed storaged at different temperatures by NBT,Methoxyphenol-H2O2 colorimetry,Ultraviolet absorption and traditional germination technique.Results showed that SOD,POD and CAT activities and germination rate decreased with the store time prolonged.The activities of SOD,POD and CAT related with seed vigor of Sophora tonkinensis Gagnep disappeared or not.but was not the most important enzymes for seed vigor of Sophora tonkinensis Gagnep.
