Abstract
The study applied some pretreatments,such as 30℃water immersion,cold preservation at 5℃,gib- berellin soakage in different concentrations,to the seed of Lilium regale ,then cultured in different light inten- sifies in order to determine effects of pretreatments and light intensity on the seed germination.The results showed that 48 h immersion in 30℃water or 20 d preservation at 5℃both were able to increased seed germi- nation rate significantly,whereas GA_3 of 50 mg/L inhibited seed germination;the highest germination rate ap- peared under the dark condition with cold pretreatment for 20 d.
