OBJECTIVETo optimize the important step -o f granulation technique for modeling of the Qiyuejiangzhi tablets. METH ODSThe technique of high speed wet granulation was optimized by using orthogonal design and multi-index compositive score method to taking the be st f ormulation as the basis. RESULTS The best preparation tech niqu e was that the cutting paddle put on speediness level and the impeller on slowne ss level, and the churning time was for 4min, and 42mL of the wetting agent was added. CONCLUSION This technique is reasonable and the molding of the tablets prepared by this technique is good.
