A piece of completely natural land like a piece of land which contains human's labour, they both have price. The price of the land is determined by the total value of the land. The total value of the land comprises the equivalent value of the land and the labour value of the land. The equivalent value of the land determines the price of the land material. The labour value of the land determines the price of the land capital. Furthermore, the price of the land is influenced by some factors, such as the relation between supply and demand, scarcity and use, etc of the land.
