Abstract
With the changes in the pattern of medical education,led to the changing perceptions of medical personnel training,medical education reform has become a global problem.Explore teaching methods to adapt to the needs of modern medical education,that focus on the basic theory and clinical practice,medical students' clinical training as the main line.In 1969,the American Academy of Neurology Professor Barrows pioneered in Canada's McMaster University School of Medicine, Case-based learning(Case-Based learning CBL),the case teaching method was first introduced in the field of medical teaching,and has been in domestic and foreign medical schools was more prevalent implemented and achieved good results,also apply this teaching method in clinical practice teaching.
