Abstract
Teacher's curriculum decision-making is the major factor in effectiveness of the implementation of the new curriculum,therefore re-examine encountering problem for teacher curriculum decision-making under the new curriculum,can find out the path for the current reform of education and the direction for quality improvement in teaching.The problem in facing the teachers participate in curriculum decision-making in the implementation of the new curriculum is mainly in empirical orientation in curriculum decision-making,only the knowledge transfer dominated orientation,the influence of the traditional teaching way of thinking,dependence of teachers'decision-making.The realization of teachers curriculum decision-making change we may from to strengthen curriculum policy protection,change of teacher's curriculum view,improve the ability of teachers,improve the curriculum decision-making of school culture,and strive to build a curriculum renewal decision support system etc.
