Abstract
Objective:To Search for a simple and effective way to prevent postoperative outside the Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoid bleeding off period.Methods:Randomly selected 260 patients outside the traditional Milligan-Morgan hemor rhoid surgery based on the Canadian artery ligation.Control group,258 fell outside the traditional Milligan-Morgan opera tion.Results:The treatment group did not occur bleeding hemorrhoid off period;while the control group occurred 3 cases of bleeding hemorrhoid off period.There were no reoccurrence complications.Conclusion:Hemorrhoidal artery ligation can effectively prevent outer Milligan-Morgan surgery bleeding hemorrhoids off period,and it is a particularly suitable for grass-roots hospitals.
