Further Discussion on the Relationship between House Prices and Land Prices——Comparative Empirical Research Based on the Data of Jinan and Qingdao

Abstract
Recently people have been discussing the relationship between land prices and house prices endlessly.In view of the different areas,the relationship between house prices and land prices may be different.Using the data from the third quarter of 2001 to the third quarter of 2008,and using statistics methods and econometrics methods,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the relationship between house prices and land prices of Jinan and Qingdao comparatively.The results show that the land prices of Jinan and Qingdao are not the decisive factors that affect the house prices,although the relationship between house prices and land prices of Jinan and Qingdao has different statistical characteristics.Accordingly,this paper puts forward some recommendations on the policy.
