Abstract
Objective To investigate the level and influence factors of depression in elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).Method Totally 154 elderly patients were diagnosed as MCI screened from 916 old people by the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA),Activities of Daily Living(ADL).They were investigated with Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS-15).Results The prevalence of depression in the elderly patients with MCI was 29.9 percent.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that cognitive function,ability of daily living and marital status were the influencing factors of depression.Conclusion The prevalence of depression is high in elderly.patients with MCI.Targeted measures should be taken to improve the mental health of the patients with MCI.
