Abstract
Based on the analysis of the status of water resources exploitation and utilization in Hejin city,this article proposed strategy and measures about the sustainable utilization of water resources from urban and rural planning、 industry and water resource structures、 regional zoning and management aspects to explore the way for promoting the economic transformation of the resource-based region.
