Abstract
Objective:to reveal the Aconitum pendulum Busch seed germination inhibition mechanism and to explore the improvement method of seed germination rate.Methods:through the Aconitum pendulum Busch seeds alkaloids on the Canola seed germination rate and growth effect was used to cleared the seed dormancy mechanism.The effect of different concentrations of GA_3 treatment on Aconitum pendulum Busch seed germination rate was determined.The Result showed that Aconitum pendulum Busch seed germination inhibitors was alkaloid,the appropriate concentration of GA_3 treatment can break dormancy,400 mg/kg GA_3 had the best effect and the germination rate was 91%after 14 hours.
