Abstract

A reliability model of crank mechanism was built, and the general k/n model was presented. Importance and feasibility was introduced to improve the existing cost function to generalized cost function. The reliability of crank mechanism was allocated with genetic algorithm(GA), taking generalized cost function as objective function and system reliability as constraint. The method to determine importance was improved, which solves the reliability allocation and optimization of automobile production.
