Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Three-coordinate measuring machine is widely applied for mechanical parts measurement, whose accuracy affects surveyed parts' accuracy directly. In this paper, dial indicator and gauge block were used to detect twenty spots in working surface of optics-electric no-contract three-coordinate measuring machine. The results show that parallel-level between working platform surface and XOY moving plane is beyond the error bounds. The author adopts error compensation method, which includes that we define a spot and draw two straight lines respectively paralleling with XOZ and YOZ plane to obtain an angle through the spot, then find a compensation plane on the basis of them. Parallel-level between compensated working platform surface and XOY moving plane is within the error bounds. The design desire of working surface is achieved. Therefore, error compensation is an effective way to improve accuracy of machine.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
