Abstract
Quebec Bridge collapsed in 1907 when it was under construction,which is a classic case.The analysis for the cause is deepened to the cultural aspect from the simple technological aspect in the past.It also displays broadly the value and significance of engineering culture,and from the perspective,we can probe into the engineering status in current China and recognize the importance of the construction of engineering culture.
